Our Manufacturing Associate role is an entry-level position on our production team, where you can come in with no experience and grow with the company in a short period of time. We have a growth structure put in place and employees can advance into each tier and with advancement comes a pay increase!

Job Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Associate will:

• Perform duties on and off the production line related to preparation, manufacturing, and packaging of products in accordance with Stonewall Kitchen standards.
• Perform all stations on the manufacturing line.
• Visually inspects products to ensure quality is achieved.
• Hand-finish work on the product, including tie tags, labels, and pre-ticketing and any other miscellaneous table work required.
• Utilize pallet trucks to assist with the movement of the finished product.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout the shift and at the end of the shift.
• Report any conditions that need attention to appropriate personnel.

Additional Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies and procedures with regard to safety, quality, sanitation, personnel, maintenance, and equipment, including food safety.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Successfully follow Module 9, GMP, HACCP, and SOP policies and procedures.

Requirements

Experience, Education and Skills

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis and to stand for several hours at a time as well as bend and stretch
• Is flexible with work schedule to accommodate business needs
• Must have proven abilities to work well within a team
• Follow all company, regulatory and industry standards
• Must have strong manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination

Salary Description

$20-$22/hour
