What a Truck Team Member / Driver Can Expect:
- An average pay of $24-$27/hr, made up of tips, bonuses, and a competitive base pay
- ATTENTION DRIVERS - at 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, our drivers are paid more and typically advance more quickly (to earn higher pay)!

What a Truck Team Member / Driver Does:
- You and your partner will travel around the Twin Cities metro in our branded vehicles, helping our customers rid themselves of unwanted items. We take anything that isn’t a biohazard, from old furniture to appliances to hot tubs and cinder blocks!
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to those who use our services, from the first call ahead to the final goodbyes!
- We bring energy and a high level of customer service to every job - earning positive reviews and tips for the team!
- You will be supported and set up for success from day one with solid training and working with experienced team members
- Flexible scheduling! We offer set schedules for full time and part time employees - and our full time employees only work 4 DAYS A WEEK!
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
- The desire to work as a part of a positive, high performing team
- A valid driver's license is strongly preferred but not required
