We are assisting our client in searching for a Workforce Coordinator to join their team. This position will support and mentor new staff and volunteers in their roles and responsibilities at the St. Louise Thrift Store.

Essential Functions:

  • Welcome, supervise, and mentor all Thrift Store staff and volunteers.
  • Provide internal training of all new Thrift Store staff and volunteers.
  • Provide ongoing support for all Thrift Store staff and volunteers.
  • Motivate and reward all Thrift Store staff and volunteers in their efforts to maintain systems of efficiency and promote sustainability at CSS.
  • Identify and celebrate all Thrift Store staff and volunteers, who are exceeding expectations.
  • Assist the Thrift Store Manager in sharing agency communications, which include assisting all Thrift Store staff and volunteering with checking emails and our internal communication platform.
  • Represent, communicate, and integrate authentic Catholic social teaching in the presentation of CSS’ mission.
  • Special projects as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Years of experience can include any of the following: teaching, education, social services or human services, retail or customer service, human resources, leadership management, or any other related position where applicant has learned and mastered the art of joyfully engaging those around him/her. Must be knowledgeable about the Catholic Church and support its moral and religious teachings.

Working Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently working both inside and outside.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
