Become a Part-Time Swim Instructor with British Swim School in Shelby and enjoy your job!

REQUIREMENTS FOR SWIM INSTRUCTORS
As a swim instructor, you will teach students of all ages in accordance with the British Swim School aquatics program. Even if you are not an expert swim instructor, that’s ok! We can train anyone on how to teach the way we teach, but here is what we do need from you.

• You need to be a “swimmer”. Ideally, you have an understanding of all four strokes and an overall appreciation for the water
• You've got to love working with children and seeing them progress
• You need to be upbeat and ready to enjoy having fun at work. Having fun is mandatory!
• This is a year-round indoor position, and we are looking for longer-term employees. This is not a summer job
• Be able to work Saturdays 10am-5pm
• Be able to work weekdays from 3:30pm-8pm
• You need to be able to reliably commute to our location inside LA Fitness Shelby
