Join our team! Hiring additional part-time working into full-time, permanent window cleaning technicians for an established residential & commercial window cleaning company. This position requires attention to detail in daily window cleaning assignments as well as a willingness to cross-train to learn other exterior cleaning service-related positions and equipment within the company. Will train the right person; advancement opportunities available.

Candidate must have good communication skills, excellent work ethic, be dependable and physically able to climb ladders and lift 50 pounds unassisted. Work week is generally Monday - Friday (some weekends) with early morning (4:45am) starts and Performance-Percentage Pay! Position requires the ability to work outdoors in year-round weather conditions. Candidate must have reliable transportation to/from work. Regional travel required in company-provided vehicle, home daily. Wages from $15 - $25 +/hour after training period.

Employment conditional upon proof of a valid driver license and a clean driving record. Candidate will need to obtain and submit a copy of HPD Rap Sheet (includes your driving record and criminal history) from the Hobbs Police Department to be considered for employment.

An Employment Packet must be picked up at our office located at1120 N. Grimes St. Hobbs, Monday - Thursday between 9am and 1pm. Return completed application, along with a copy of your HPD Rap Sheet, to same location for consideration. Please note that an Indeed application/resume may be provided in addition to the Employment Packet but will not be considered if submitted by itself as a substitution.
