• Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing materials as required.
• Operating equipment including but not limited to: saws, drills, grinders/buffers, plasma cutters, MIG welder/torches, fork lifts, scissors lifts, pallet jacks
• Reading and interpreting team leader instructions and written orders
• Repair customer equipment as required
• Meeting/exceeding customer requirements for production and quality
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure proper function and performance of installed/fabricated parts
• Notify supervisor when item is complete and ready for inspection
• Packaging/labeling items according to production guidelines
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Welding steel using MIG welder

• Recommend at least 2 years of welding experience
• Experience in industrial work environment
• Knowledge of how to use welding machinery, hand tools, and various shop tools
• Specific vision abilities required; close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
