BROC Community Action’s Weatherization Team

Join our award winning team in one of Vermont’s fastest growing fields.

Our Weatherization Department is growing and we need additional Technicians.

We are now accepting applications in our Rutland and Bennington locations for full time Weatherization Crew Techs.

$20.16 starting hourly wage. $500 Sign-on bonus after 6 months satisfactory employment.

Great Hours and Outstanding Benefit Package.

Basic construction knowledge and carpentry skills preferred. Good problem-solving skills. Knowledge of mathematics and calculations customary to building trades. Will work installing various energy saving measures and materials including insulation, spray foam, ventilation ducting, exhaust fans and many other building materials. We train in weatherization techniques and building science.

Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record.
