10 Days, Inc. (dba Pod Juice) is hiring a full-time Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Coordinator for our Agoura Hills/Simi Valley headquarters. We are one of the largest e-juice manufacturers in the United States and we have a friendly, energetic work atmosphere, and lots of room for professional growth. We are seeking driven, team-oriented people, to help improve and expand our company.

This position is located in simi Valley. The trainning will take place on site in Simi Valley.

What you'll do:

• Print daily sales receipts and cross-check with computer software to ensure accuracy.
• Warehouse staff will be responsible for packing and handling outgoing inventory as well as receiving, stocking and organizing both incoming and existing inventory.
• Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs.
• Assemble and fill boxes and other cartons with items that need to be shipped.
• Directly call Shipping Companies to pick up product.
• Track inventory and report any shortages to the sales team and office administrators so we can update the website.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed.
• Receive new shipments and report quantities received by accurately taking Inventory.

What's required:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• People who are detail-oriented, comfortable in cooperative environments.
• Prior warehouse experience is a must, at least 2 years.
• Must have at least 2 years of Forklift Experience with Certification.
