Utility Worker

Philmont Party Rentals, a Willow Grove based business, is looking for a warehouse utility worker. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below. This is a full time position with benefits. Medical & dental insurance, paid vacations and holidays and 401k plan.

General Responsibilities:

- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

- Clean equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards

- Work in the dish room to operate the dish machine or wash equipment by hand

- Polish silver

- Sweeps, mops and vacuums floors

- Clean and stack chairs

- Record missing or damaged items on paperwork

- Clean and maintain restrooms

- Help to pull and pack out orders

- Assist with the delivery and pickup of equipment

General Qualifications:

- Willingness to be open to learning and growing

- Good attendance and consistently on time

- Must be flexible and able to work overtime without notice

- Maintains a positive attitude

- Able to communicate with co-workers

- Ability to work a flexible schedule

- Must comply with dress code requirements

- Maturity of judgement and behavior

- Maintain high standard for work areas and appearance

Physical Requirements:

- Significant walking throughout the day

- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time

- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and /or pull and lift 40 pounds

Working Conditions:

- Generally in an indoor setting, however may be outside for certain procedures

- Varying schedule to include required overtime and some weekends without notice

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27,500.00 - $30,000.00 per year
