A minimum of 1 year of previous Tradeshow and/or Special Events Operations Management experience is preferred.
The Position: Have a knack for solving problems and love working with people We are looking for a strong leader to manage the warehouse operations in our Avon, MA location. To work with us, you must successfully pass a Drug/Alcohol Test and Criminal Background Check.
Basic Function: As a Warehouse Manager you will share responsibility for all operations of the warehouse, reporting directly to the Branch Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. This position is for a hands-on, take-charge individual that can satisfy the administrative & physical aspects of the role while directing teams in the warehouse and onsite at delivery locations.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage & assist team members inside our warehouse that are,
- Picking orders and processing orders for delivery (inspect furniture to see that it is in good rental condition prior to loading on our trucks)
- Loading and Unloading Trucks
- Inspecting and triaging furniture that is returned from rental to ensure that it is in rent ready condition
- Manage drivers that are delivering furniture to venues
- Work onsite at venue with teams while managing the delivery and installation process
- Interact with customers onsite to ensure correct furniture placement & rent ready product condition
- Inventory cycle counting and reconciliation of all product issues
- Resolve Inventory issues to maintain integrity of Microsoft NAV database & prevent Billing errors
- Monitor/Create Inventory Transfers and ensure they are pulled/prepped in a timely manner
- Participation in Weekly Sales/Ops calls
- Conduct Performance reviews in conjunction with Branch Manager
Qualification/Skills
- Positive language and active listening skills.
- Great problem-solving skills. (Negotiation skills a plus)
- Excellent writing and phone communication.
- Basic aptitude for reading and math.
- Leadership, delegation and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and succeed.
- Must have transportation to and from work.
- Education needed: High School Diploma required, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred??
