We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team!

We are a high volume fast paced distributor of tools, fasteners, safety and power equipment.

Responsibilities:

Our Warehouse Manager controls the workflow of employees in our warehouses and the management for our delivery fleet . It is their responsibility to ensure all goods are accounted for each shipment, and to ensure each shipment arrives on time. This is not your typical office position. Shipping/ Receiving / Traffic Clerks work directly on the warehouse floor to make sure everything gets done. It involves being on your feet for long periods and can sometimes involve lifting and moving product.

The role of our Warehouse Manager requires a combination of hard and soft skills to be successful. This is a fast-paced, hands on position that involves a lot of moving parts, so it requires someone who has above average organization and prioritization skills. Must be able to work and think independently as well as with a team. In addition to these qualities, the following are skills one must possess in order to obtain employment:

• Using logistical software to coordinate both incoming and outgoing shipments
• Using organization and prioritization skills to complete tasks on a daily basis
• Planning of an efficient delivery route for all fleet truck making deliveries and or pick-ups to our customers and vendors.
• Ensuring the maintenance and daily checks on all vehicles is being completed
• Collaborating with management and other members of the supply chain on a daily basis
