Royal Phones LLC has been in business for 10 years and operates six Metro by T-Mobile locations in the Indianapolis area. We are intensely focused on customer satisfaction and creating a harmonious, high performance work place where A-players can thrive and succeed.

THE POSITION

We're looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, great energy, and a positive attitude who can take exceptional care of our customers and lead a team of 2-3 mobile experts. Previous wireless and leadership experience is required.

Team leads are responsible for reliably operating a store, meeting sales goals, and ensuring healthy business performance by:

• Building and coaching a team
• Ensuring a great customer experience
• Learning and following standard operating procedures
• Creating work schedules
• Meeting sales goals

We offer flexible scheduling, employee discounts, professional development, and commissions and bonuses for meeting sales goals! Team leads are evaluated for raises on a six month cycle.

We are a growing wireless retail company based in Indianapolis, IN. We work with a team of 20 AMAZING people and are looking for highly motivated candidates with sales and retail management experience to join our team, serve our customers, and help our company grow!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
