POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will report to the Production Manager with inventory & production-related functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for the accuracy of receiving inventory
• Maintain accurate quality, inventory, and receiving records digitally
• Assist the Production Manager in the daily cycle count program
• Blend teas according to work orders and priorities
• Responsible for stock replenishment of pick lanes
• Follow up with responsible parties for product on quality hold or rejection
• Abides by and assists peers with carrying out all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Maintain a clean facility per industry and company standards
• Leads by example related to workplace and food safety standards
• Assist other departments as needed
  

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Consistent and reliable attendance
• Knowledge of inventory systems
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Basic reading and math skills
• High School diploma or equivalent GED

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Forklift experience

• 1 to 3 years of warehouse and or manufacturing production experience
• Experience in a pick & pack operation
• ERP system
• Familiarity with GMP

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to climb a rolling ladder
• Able to stand or walk for long periods

TRAVEL:

• No travel is expected of this position
