Job description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Warehouse Associate in Fort Worth, Texas area. This is a direct-hire position and the starting pay is $15.50 per hour, depending on experience. This is a 1st shift position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with inventory control and cycle counting
• Record shipment data such as weight, charges, space availability, damages & discrepancies
• Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedure, route and rates
• Delivery or route materials to departments, such as hand-truck conveyor, or fork truck as needed
• Cross train to work in all areas of the distrubution process

Experience Needed:

• High school diploma required
• Experience in manufacturing/ distribution environment preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
• Basic computer skills
• Understanding of general manufacturing processes and flows
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, pull, and reach or lift over head
