Job Description:

-Participate in the RGA and Quality Control process.

-Perform technical evaluation and validation of defects utilizing test equipment and visual inspection.

-Coordinate and conduct internal quality assurance activities.

-Assist operators in making decisions about product being deemed unacceptable.

-Create and maintain Corrective Action Reports and assist the QC Engineer to follow up on open items.

-Ensure that all SAP information, Batch, quantity, correct SKU, are being entered by operators. Perform periodic audits to verify operator compliance.

-Responsible for flow of work through the area, work assignments and communications outside the department.

-Interface with internal staff and external customers to meet schedule requirements. Proactive follow up with all levels of management on special orders.

-Schedule RGA and incoming inspection activities and be alert to special requirements.

Requirements:

· Ability to work effectively team members and management.

· Ability to meet tight and changing deadlines.

· Ability to effectively use an SAP database for reporting.

· Technical competence to understand products and components.

· Knowledge of basic database reporting and data entry.
