Typical schedule is 6:00am to 2:30 Monday thru Friday, with on-call coverage on weekends to cover open shifts or call-ins as needed. Latest shift ends by 7:00pm.

Waitstaff Supervisor Responsibilities include:

• Develops and maintains standards for front of house dining services staff to the Residents
• Establishes and maintains procedures to meet safety and sanitation standards in order to assure compliance with governmental regulations
• Supports Dining Services Director by providing leadership and supervision of waitstaff and servers, including hiring, scheduling, evaluating and recommending pay raises of supervised Community Team Members
• Plans and directs regular schedule of work activities for waitstaff and assignments to assure effective food service.
• Assists Dining Services Director with ordering of supplies and maintains inventory control. Verifies orders received, assuring needed goods are on hand. Ensures that all budgetary guidelines are achieved.
• Responsible for training and coaching waitstaff on highest standards of customer service
• Responsible for ensuring an excellent dining experience for residents and family members
• Responsible for accurate tracking of meal deliveries to apartments and resident meal plans

Ideal candidate will:

• One to two years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
• Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to our senior residents
