You will be responsible for being an expert in supporting the needs of both the organizations thousands of partner Merchants & Customers. Description:

  • You will be responsible for supporting inbound calls for live food orders for our partner Merchants & Customers while maintaining 5 star customer service.
  • Develop an extensive expertise in how the company uses its processes & system to promote positive outcomes.

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Duration: 6 Month Contract (could be offered a permanent position depending on performance)

Start Date: June 19th, 2023 (6/19/23)

Location: ONSITE in Tempe, AZ ( 202 & Priest Dr) - Office over looks Tempe Town Lake!

Schedule/Hours: M-Sun, with availability between 6am and 12 midnight. (You will be given an 8 hour shift within these hours of operation). You MUST be able to work ANY 8 hours shift with the hours of operation!

Top Skills for the role :

Customer Service, Call Center, Chat Support experience, Restaurant Industry (To-go order, hostess, servers, catering, or good tenure in Fast Food)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 years of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat, but open to customer facing experience as well.
  • You have strong written & verbal communication skills including top-notch grammar, spelling & punctuation within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system such as SalesForce.
  • You are customer obsessed & love helping others.
  • You are a strategic-thinker that loves to explore new opportunities & process improvements.
  • You are in a commutable distance to our Tempe, AZ facility.
