We are seeking a Virtual Sales Assistant to match with one of our leading Medical Spa clients!

Job Description

We are seeking a Virtual Sales Assistant to work for a medical spa client of ours. If you are selected to interview directly with the client, then at that point, you will know what aesthetic practice it is for. The Virtual Sales Assistant will assist the medical spa with calling every single one of their leads, following up with their leads, and ultimately getting them booked on the calendar. It involves calling, texting, and constant communication with the leads to ensure proper follow up with a goal of getting as many bookings as possible.

If selected, we provide you with a 7 Figure Aesthetics Certification Program to learn our system, sales coaching, and follow up processes; 1:1 training to educate you on your medical spa’s account details; as well as FAQs, scripts, templates, and ongoing weekly group trainings with our team and other Virtual Sales Assistants to further your sales, booking, and response follow up skills.

Of course, we do expect this role to have great people skills, sales experience, and experience with booking people for appointments over the phone and text. Although we provide you training, this role will work directly under the medical spa client and ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and are getting the results they are looking for.

**We are looking for a Virtual Sales Assistant who can join this medical spa team full time!**

What This Job Entails

  • Calls every single lead to schedule medical spa appointments and determines patient eligibility for services (from phone calls, secured messaging or other methods used for appointment requests).
  • Supports the Medical Spa client by using their name, service, and specific visit instructions in the appointment.
  • Verify the lead's eligibility for requested booking and makes sure that the lead/patient understands what the service is, how much it costs, and what to expect.
  • Follow appropriate booking and consult protocols as outlined by Medical Spa
  • Initiate outbound calls and texts to leads using our software; follows up with potential clients using our Follow Up Lead Protocol, Sales Scripts, and Text Templates.
  • Respond to online messaging requests as needed to schedule, reschedule, and/or cancel appointments.
  • Assisting the Medical Spa client with any other tasks they may request of their Virtual Sales Assistant (for example: planning social media posts using our software, etc).
  • Working closely with the Medical Spa to ensure the appointment setting and answering client questions is aligned with goals
  • Responsible for gathering all booking items from a potential new patient such as name, number, email, and payment information when necessary.
  • Assisting Medical Spa team with marketing efforts (that we train you on) for sending out system text blasts, email newsletters each month as necessary

Start Date & Compensation Details:

  • Full time position: approximately 40 hours a week depending on tasks
  • Hours (Shifts Available):
  • Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm EST
  • Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Pay Rate: USA: $15/hour plus commission on every booking!

(or if in another country: $7.50/hour plus commission per booking)

Requirements

  • MOST IMPORTANT is a positive attitude -- you see client dissatisfaction as an opportunity, not a burden
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must. Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
  • Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing projects and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
  • Drive, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations
  • Strong attention-to-detail, time-management, and organizational skills. This is a MUST.
  • At least a basic knowledge of digital advertising fundamentals, with a keen interest in learning more
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules
  • Proven project management skills with an emphasis on quality control
  • Coachable -- you are willing to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
  • Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and delegate tasks
  • Proactive -- you strive to get ahead of the problem, instead of waiting for it to become a full-blown fire

Required Experience

  • 1+ years of sales and appointment setting experience
  • Previous experience with any CRM/ marketing automation software is highly preferred
  • Previous experience with remote working softwares preferred, including Slack, Zoom, etc.
