This is an entry level position for the Video Production Specialist with a desire to learn and expand their knowledge in the the media field. Ideal candidates will have a background in production, a passion for learning and a positive attitude. The Video Production Specialist is responsible for, operating, maintaining, producing, and troubleshooting different types of video/visual equipment and materials.
The video production specialist may also provide instructions in the use of cameras and computer technology within the workplace. Building and raising up a team of volunteers to run cameras and facilitate services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent video production management, projection, and video, as well as coordinating service content
- Attend strategy meetings and brainstorm on media initiatives
- Work directly with the Media Director to come up with technical displays for worship services
- Be in attendance for special events at Now Church or arrange volunteers to accommodate the requirements for the event
- Provide technical support for productions, programs, large group meeting and events

- Mitigate team conflict and communication challenges
Organization skills:
- All files are maintained and organized, including but not limited to, manuals and training material
- All electronic files are easy to find and properly labeled

- Hollywood, FL 33021: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Video production: 3 years (Preferred)
- Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
