This is a remote position. The selected colleague will generally be expected to work at an MUFG office periodically. A member of our recruitment team will discuss location preferences with you in more detail.

Major Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of cybersecurity communications and awareness materials
• Work closely with cybersecurity teams, function owners, and risk and control teams to establish required materials
• Drive complex, firm-wide initiatives towards successful completion and develop communications for lines of business, senior management, risk committees, and board of directors
• Understand current cybersecurity strategy and help mature communications on a continuous basis through targeted initiatives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (e.g., marketing and communications) to understand roadmap, communication support requirements and process improvements to enhance business operations
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing communications and materials produced for continous improvement
• Partner with stakeholders to monitor and achieve annual targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cyber security, communications, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
• Certifications related to cybersecurity a plus (e.g., CISSP)
• Minimum of 4 years overall experience in Communications
• Prior experience supporting information security and risk management organizations, preferably in financial services sector
• Experience developing or driving cybersecurity communications strategy strongly preferred
• Strategic planning and process improvement experience
• Experience in developing and providing executive level reporting
• Experience creating communications and awareness materials in a global organization with a focus on cybersecurity
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment as it applies to information security within financial services industry
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal teams
• Advanced communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking/problem solving skills
• Proficient in developing briefing materials, administrative, and logistics support
• Ability to consistently make good independent judgment, organize thoughts, and make decisions under time constraints
• Serving as a trusted advisor
• Analytical thinking, Iterative problem-solving
• Collaborates and/or leads inclusively
• Raising Awareness among internal business staff to raise cyber awareness
• Support and deliver communication and presentation materials to support Enterprise Information Security
• Developing articles for lines of business and company portal
• Manage required deliverables to satisfy regulatory requirements

The typical base pay range for this role is between $130K - $155K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
