Boys & Girls Clubs of Lee County's Park Meadows location is looking for a part-time driver to run their bus stop pickups in the afternoon.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • driving our company 7-passenger van to pick up members from bus stops near the club.
  • washing and cleaning out the van weekly, or as needed.
  • maintenance checks on van and scheduling routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotation, etc.
  • accurately keeping track of kids' schools and bus stops, times, late buses, etc. on a roster and spreadsheet for record-keeping purposes.
  • occassionally driving members to special locations or events in our 15-passenger van.
  • picking up snacks from our feeder school on occasion.

Requirements for this position:

  • Must be at least 25 for insurance purposes
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must submit to a pre-employment drug test
  • Must submit to a level 2 background check, which includes fingerprinting and a DCF/DJJ check, if applicant is not already in the DCF system from prior fingerprints.
  • Must be available Monday-Friday 2:00pm-5:30pm.
