Overview
Design, conduct, and present research across key product areas within out digital product and cross-organization teams.
Recruit participants for various research testing protocols, including surveys, usability testing, observational, heuristic evaluation, workshops, and interviews.
Documentation of research processes, user data and comments, and findings.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, business owners, and engineers to make product/feature recommendations and inform product direction based on research findings.
Create and present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- 1-3 years of experience in a research role or internship at a B2B/B2C ecommerce company
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods, understands A/B and multi-variant testing, and able to synthesize research data into feature/enhancement recommendations
- Awareness of Human Centered Design principles and their application
- Excited to learn from seasoned researchers, UX designers, open to feedback, guidance, and direction
- High-level of organization and follow-through
