Essential Job Duties
The Primary Purpose of this position includes but is not limited to:
This position will collaborate with Provider Operations to:
- Prioritizing, organizing, and carrying out defined work duties/expectations.
- Assist in developing/maintaining Unit operational policies and procedures
- Actively participate in Unit discussions/meetings.
- Utilize systems, monitoring tools, and business procedures to support internal controls and carry out assigned tasks.
- To be a knowledgeable (subject matter) expert on topics that come in through escalations, provider operations engagement team (via phone call, email), or on live web.
- Support vendor monitoring activities.
- Assist the Provider Operations Team with efforts to reduce audit findings.
- Assist with compiling data reports to reflect monitoring and oversight performance.
- Participate in provider outreach and provider support activities as needed.
- Draft business correspondence and data collection documents.
- Work with management to prioritize needs
