PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (BE SPECIFIC):
Lead the classified payload development program for TRMC, OUSD(R&E), USN and USAF.
Lead systems engineering processes for classified payload development.
Coordinate, facilitate, and participate in meetings across multiple time zones with a variety of stakeholders and summarize the proceedings
Prepare and staff international documentation on behalf of the government customer to enable international project arrangements to be executed.

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED (BE SPECIFIC):*
10+ Years of payload/Radar development experience.
Deep understanding of electronic warfare, including knowledge of classified capabilities/techniques.
Experience with management of payload development program(s)
Government defense acquisition program and engineering experience
Excellent verbal, written communications, and interpersonal skills along with a professional appearance and countenance
Comfortable interacting with high level individuals and functions well independently and in a fast paced, high pressure team environment

DESIRED SKILLS (BE SPECIFIC):
Ability to work and interact across the Military Departments and multiple offices of the Secretary of Defense as well as industry and private citizens at a senior level
Comfortable working a variety of disparate issues in a fluid environment simultaneously
