We are hiring for a Groundworker/Laborer position in Randolph NJ, serving Morris County NJ, and some of the surrounding areas. $20.00 per hour to start with no Tree Company experience.

A higher hourly wage will be offered for a truly qualified and experienced Tree Company Groundman/Groundworker.

The ideal candidate will have a background in General Labor, Construction, Landscaping, Tree Company Experience, or Arboriculture/Tree Care.

PREREQUISITES:

* Must be able to speak fluent/proper English.

* Must be in good physical condition/physical shape.

* Must have a Smartphone or a cell. phone and GPS.

* Must have perfect vision (20/20) and perfect hearing or above average hearing.

– Applicants that wear contact lenses or prescription safety glasses that meet ANSI standards may apply.

– Applicants that wear a hearing aid or hearing aids may or may not be eligible for employment (To Be Determined).

* Must have a VALID AUTO DRIVER LICENSE and CAR that is mechanically sound, and has a physical appearance of average or better; with no offensive stickers, offensive objects, illegal tinted windows, or loud exhaust.
