A small, family-run dental office near Union Square is looking for a "people person" with a talent for sales and a knack for connecting with people!

As our Treatment Coordinator (TC), you'll be responsible for presenting care to patients and helping them understand the best options for financing their care.

At the moment, this role is a part-time position but will be paid on an annual salary basis. Our office is open Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri (approximately 35 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

• Meet with patients to discuss treatment options & financing options
• Explain the benefits of different treatments
• Help patients understand the financing options available to them as well as their insurance benefits
• Maintain patient records, treatment plans, and schedules
• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the dental field, with strong knowledge of insurances and dental treatments
• Familiarity with Dentrix
• Must be reliable and willing to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience preferred
