The Network
The Primary Health Network is the largest Federally Qualified Healthcare Center (FQHC) in the state of Pennsylvania. We have been serving our communities for 36 years. We currently operate healthcare centers in 16 counties in the state of Pennsylvania and 1 in the state of Ohio. We offer primary care, behavioral health, specialty care (in select counties) and dental services across the state of Pennsylvania.

Position Overview
The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for patient scheduling and driver scheduling, and assist with the coordination of the transportation program.
Location and Hours of Position
This position is part-time. The general office hours for this position are generally 7:30 AM- 4:30PM, Monday-Friday with some earlier and evening hours required with Primary Health Network Charitable Foundation. This position is located in Sharon, PA.
Education/Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
