SUMMARY
House of Air is looking for floor associate candidates who are hardworking, high-energy, and customer service oriented to make House of Air trampoline park a 5-star experience. If you love the idea of working in a fun and dynamic environment and have the ability to provide top-notch customer service and execute on given tasks then we would like to meet you. Our trampoline attendants, known as Flight Crew, work directly with our Floor Supervisors and are the key to our business success and customer experience.
Flight Crew members wear many hats: Trampoline court safety monitors, front desk attendants & greeters, café servers, party hosts and park maintenance assistants.
COVERAGE
Must be able to commit to at least 1 weekend shift (9:45am-6:15pm) or 3 weekday shifts (1:30pm-7:00pm) each week.
COMPENSATION
Pay - $20 / hour
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- High energy level and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow procedures and directions
- Attention to detail and safety
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Current CPR / first aid certification is a plus
- Previous trampoline experience is a plus
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Previous retail or restaurant experience is a plus
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers feel welcome and comfortable in the park, providing directions and information as needed
- Engage customers in a friendly and well-informed manner about the park - do not wait for customers to come up and talk to you
- Provide energy and enthusiasm to empower customers to maximize their fun in the park, while adhering to House of Air safety and risk management policies
- Empathetically address customer concerns while firmly and consistently applying House of Air policies
- Up-sell House of Air products and services to park guests
Operations
- Promote safety throughout the park at all times, enforcing House of Air safety and risk management policies in all areas of the park
- Actively engage and communicate with customers to ensure a smooth and safe jumping experience, educating all customers about safe jumping techniques
- Stay alert and attentive, monitoring your zone constantly to keep all customers safe
- Complete daily cleaning tasks in your zone
- Check-in customers, ensuring that all jumpers have valid and signed waivers on file
- Work in retail, café, and rental areas as needed/assigned, facilitating smooth and friendly transactions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Follow Point-of-Sale and cash handling procedures and policies
- Assist with inventory counting as needed
- Maintain knowledge of park services and schedules
- Schedule ticket and event reservations for customers
- Answer phones when needed, facilitating customer requests or forwarding to appropriate managers or team members
- Provide support with parties, corporate events, and event cleanup
- Assist in cleaning all areas of the park, as assigned
