Job description

The Trades Specialist will perform maintenance and repair functions on buildings and equipment on the USC Lancaster campus. This position will supervise work on special repair projects.

A high school diploma and six (6) years directly related trade experience is required.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 1 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.

The standard work schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
