Job description
The Tool and Die Technician is responsible for monitoring tooling and inserts for dies and equipment. This person will assess damaged tooling and make repairs as needed. The Technician will read blueprints, sharpen dies, work with surface-grinding equipment and oversee the preventative maintenance schedule for all tooling and dies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School or GED equivalent.
- 2+ years of machining experience required; tool & die experience strongly preferred.
- Mechanically inclined, production oriented and safety and quality conscious.
- General knowledge of crane operation and ancillary lifting devices.
- Detail oriented with ability to inspect material for quality conformance using measuring devices and drawings.
