Gainesville Title Company, Inc. is a small business that is a locally owned and operated title company specializing in residential and commercial deals in Gainesville, TX and the surrounding counties. Our company is looking for a Title Processor to join our team and help ensure the accuracy of title documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. GTCI is looking for a motivated individual who has experience in data entry, order entry, ect.
Applicants must be dependable, able to type 40 words per minute or better, pay close attention to detail, and have good communication and computer skills. Experience in real estate or the title insurance business is a plus. Starting at $14 and up depending on the applicant’s abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of title documents, contract, addendums, etc.
- The ability to work within and learn mulitple systems for information tracking and order entry.
- Communicate with lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Record Indexing
- Verify accuracy of legal documents and surveys.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Perform basic office duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and faxing.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
