Offshore Time & Attendance resource needed to support global implementation.
- EC Associate Certified
- Time off Certification preferred,
Time off implementation experience required
- Strong communication skill to talk to stakeholders and manage their expectation without compromise the global template
- Very strong hold on business rules for EC & Time related (Accrual , PEP, Take rules etc)
- Must have implemented for at least 2 projects - End to End
- Should be proficient in configuring MDF objects & Enhancement
- Technical hands on role, therefore comfortable modifying the following objects: Holiday calendars, Time type, Time account, Time profile, Time Account type
