Material Fabrication:

• Preparation, layout, and fit of stainless Steel and aluminum parts
• Welding of Stainless Steel aluminum parts to meet customer demands
• Grinding, polishing and finishing welds to meet or exceed quality standards
• Complete operations at or above set Doppler rates
• Bundle, label and stage material in preparation for customer shipment

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Prospective candidates may be asked to submit documentation (resume) of past experience in areas in alignment with essential job duties.
• Must consistently model Dant Clayton’s Values and Beliefs.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blue prints, helpful
• 2 years preferred layout, fitting and welding experience
• Ability to read / use tape measure, angle finder and weld gauge.
• Must be able to pass in house welding test
• Must produce quality parts with focus on customer satisfaction
• Work with other team members to accomplish scheduled completion of projects

• Must fully understand and follow all company Safety Policies
• Must participate in Dant Clayton’s teaming culture

Typical Schedule:

• Monday Thru Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday - when OT is required
