LCSW: For Mental Health Counseling.

In home, In office, Assisted Living, Telehealth & Hybrid positions available!

The Positive Connection & Long Island Elder Care LCSW, PLLC were founded in April, 2006. We are a Family owned business with a mission to provide effective & accomplished counseling for all ages.

We are currently looking for Licensed Clinical Social Workers in Nassau and Suffolk County who would like to be part of our team. (LCSW required)

Responsibilities

- Psychotherapy: In home, In office, Assisted Living, Telehealth & Hybrid.

- Compliance with standard documentation practice (assessment/revisit notes, HIPAA compliance forms, signature on file etc).

- If client is in an assisted living, clinician coordinates with appropriate staff regarding documentation for their charts.

- Establishes and maintains appropriate and timely EHR, including, but not limited to, treatment plans, progress notes and treatment plan reviews, and documenting appropriate therapeutic interventions.

- Timely & accurate submission of invoice and progress notes.

- Maintains high ethical standards at all times.

- Is respectful and personable to clients and staff.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
