We are looking for a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to provide a high level experience to our customers. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Calling on customers in assigned territory, selling new and used equipment, rentals, parts and servicing solutions in all lines
- Identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities
- Conducting equipment demonstrations in the field and/or at customer job sites
- Loading and unloading equipment onto trailers and towing equipment to customer job sites
- Processing all quotes, sales, rentals, and lease-purchase agreements. Supporting customer and company needs during credit and/or financing applications
- Assisting Accounts Receivables with collections
- Developing and maintaining strong knowledge of Vermeer equipment line-up in addition to alliance partner equipment and competitive products
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL A driver's license
- Represents Vermeer Mountain West at factory, industry and company events including meetings and trainings
- Follows all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments according to company policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience in the Environmental and Tree Care industries (preferred)
CDL Class A (preferred)
2-4 years outside sales experience preferred
Computer skills required
Valid driver's license
Able to bend, squat, or climb on equipment frequently, lift at least 75lbs, stand or walk for extended period on slippery or uneven jobsites, and may work in extremely hot weather conditions.
Some basic mechanical skills required (ability load and unload trailers, change a tire, etc.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $245,678.00 per year
