Business Development Representative/Custom Clothing Territory Account Sales Core Responsibilities: *
- Must have strong strategies in building new business with prospective clients, via phone, email, social media and email campaigns
- Attend high profile networking events, via Zoom, in-person showroom events or around the city.
- Work with the leadership team to develop new marketing programs/campaigns. Grow with our ever growing team and refine your skillset.
- Meet & exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Work with our in-house CRM system to maintain & grow the relationship with clients
- Build your sales funnel every day with new outreach efforts to bring new clients to Jaxson Maximus constantly
- The ability to nurture client relations so you must possess exemplary customer service skills including extraordinary follow-up, communication, and organization skills
You must be a team player, and willing to jump in when necessary.
Jaxson Maximus Compensation:
- Full-time base salary plus commission (earning potential of $100,000 or greater).

Business Development Representative/Custom Clothing Territory Account Sales:
- Bachelor's in business or related experience
- 2 years minimum of prior (B2B or B2C) sales experience hitting goals and going above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service
- 2 years minimum of prospecting or cold calling (B2B or B2C)
- Must speak fluent English. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
*Please note: No prior fashion or custom clothing experience is necessary, but having a strong network in Miami is recommended for this position.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
