Job description
The Outing Club is hiring a Tennis Pro. This position is a part time position ranging from 20-25 hours per week at Mountainside Racquet and Fitness Club.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate playing at a 3.5 level or higher in tennis with strong communication and training skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
● Provides lessons to people of all ages in either individual or small group settings
● Runs group tennis burns
● Prospects for new clients to participate in tennis burns and lessons
● Communicates effectively with Tennis Director as well as Front Desk Staff
● Scheduling members for upcoming clinics
QUALIFICATIONS
● Customer Service experience (3 years preferred)
● CPR/AED First Aid Certification (can obtain prior to start)
● Proficiency with computer applications such as online software
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
● Flexibility - schedule may include weekends, mornings, and evenings
● Minimum age of 21.
