Responsibilities:

• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and mark tickets of findings
• Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to Supervisors, the Facility Manager.
• Respond to visitors’ questions in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Ensure keys and tickets are organized and in appropriate areas.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.

• Direct staff parking during shift change

• Basic door security to ensure residents do not pass-through doorway

• Seasonal tasks such as snow removal, placing down salt, raking leaves, etc. in valet space

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• Driver's License (Required)

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Customer service: 2 years (Required)

• US work authorization (Preferred)

Requirements: Must possess the following skill sets to qualify for this position!

• Ability to multi-task
• Strong decision-making skills
• Proficient knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word, a plus
• Strong communicator
• Excellent organizational skills
• Should have a good personality & be able to work well with others
