In this role, you will perform a variety of operational functions to assess needs and facilitate the program success of the Social Recreation service line for our Disability Services division. You will work closely with other key operational departments to ensure smooth service delivery from referral to ongoing service delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
This position is a fully remote position, and there will be some travel within the employee's geographical region and quarterly travel to our corporate office in El Segundo, CA.

THE ROLE:
In this role, you will perform a variety of operational functions to assess needs and facilitate the program success of the Social Recreation service line for our Disability Services division. You will work closely with other key operational departments to ensure smooth service delivery from referral to ongoing service delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Provides specialized program training to all Social Recreation Direct Support Providers
- Communicate our services, i.e. models of service, staffing options, process initiatives, to our valued clients and their support staff
- Drive person-centered goals through progress reporting and appropriate service plan or goal amendments
- Coordinate and collaborate with Regional Center staff and key 24 Hour Home Care departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensures compliance with all Regional Center requirements, Title 17, federal and state laws

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Background in customer-service, specifically in person-centered practices and/or developing care plans
- Ability to identify problems, prioritize needs, and create quality solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Eye for detail while dealing with critical information, analyzing data, and identifying trends
