Who we need:

Due to growth, we have opened a new role and are searching for a Technical Product Manager to join our crew. As our ideal Technical Product Manager, you will have a mixed background in technology and product and will be able to provide thought leadership in the constant iteration of a key product. Bringing a diverse skill set, including both the strategic and visionary skills necessary to define product needs along with hands-on tactical abilities, you will help bridge the gap between various functional areas within the company. As a Product Manager, you will execute on the vision, ensuring the product is of the highest caliber, and will continue to push the boundaries of what technology can do to make a difference in the world of our customers, working with us to reimagine money and money movement around the globe.

**This is a REMOTE position, based in the U.S. Some travel will be required.**

What You’ll Do

• Use site metrics, stakeholder interviews, and industry trends to identify product enhancements and opportunities.

• Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing; utilize both qualitative customer insights, and quantitative customer data to inform decisions.

• Align with engineering to understand technical implementation complexities and challenges of complex mobile applications.

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and development to create an exceptional experience for our users.

• Create product tests and use feedback to optimize features.

• Define and capture product requirements in user stories.

• Think strategically to create features that delight customers while achieving business goals.

• Actively participate in the agile product development process.

• Make recommendations on the nature and scope of product enhancements by reviewing/producing product specifications and requirements.

• Refine the request backlog and prioritize feedback.

• Write and communicate release notes across all required channels and to all appropriate parties.

• Take on additional projects and tasks as assigned.

As Technical Product Manager, you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing or general management.

• Experience building mobile apps for consumers.

• Demonstrated ability to frame complex analytical problems, pull data, and extract insights that led to tangible business results.

• Strong analytical background with web analytics tools and A/B testing.

• High technical aptitude with the ability to understand system architecture and meaningfully contribute to building a robust tech stack (ability to understand the tech stack conceptually, its strengths and limitations).

• The ability to easily engage in both business-focused and technically focused conversations.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• The ability to cut through the noise and laser focus on what really matters, diving into details, unfazed by technological complexity.

• Experience with enterprise software or products

• Agency or startup experience

• Experience in the payments space
