Equivalent ExperienceDescription:
3-5 years’ experience in technical consulting/user support
Two-year college degree and two or more years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to work with attention to detail and with a solid focus on client service.
Demonstrated technical expertise supporting Windows and Macintosh operating systems and a variety of software applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems related to software, hardware, and networking
Demonstrated ability to adapt to and work well within a team environment.
Ability to work on multiple projects and under strict deadlines.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
May be required to drive a vehicle.
Physical Requirements:
Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
Frequently sitting, using a telephone, grasping lightly/fine manipulation, bending, lifting, standing, and carrying equipment.
Occasionally lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh 21-40 pounds.
Rarely kneel/crawl, climb (ladders, scaffolds, or other), writing by hand, sort/file paperwork or parts, grasp forcefully.
