Chick-fil-A at Fox Chapel is seeking a teacher to apply their experience to our continued pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture. You’ll be specifically responsible for training functions such as orientation, new hire training, evaluations, and continual development training while also assisting with operational responsibilities.
We are looking for someone who is a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently and help in any way that is needed. This is a senior leadership role at our location that will consist of a 30/70 split between teaching and operational responsibilities.
Pay Type: Starting at up to $17-20/hr
Position Type: Full-Time (+40 hours weekly) / Open Availability (Monday - Saturday)

- Experience as a teacher, with a proven ability to develop individuals to work as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer and iPad competency
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs
- Completes all onboarding setup for new hires including Pathways (online training portal) and uniform orders
- Performs new hire orientation and training
- Conducts Team Member reviews regularly
- Executes plans to address growth and coaching needs
- Inform the Leadership of onboarding and training needs during regular meetings
- Serves as a subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and production support
- Coordinates with Senior Leadership to make changes in the restaurant to improve our speed of service, accuracy, and attentive/courteous scores
- Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
- Assist with FOH/BOH positions on shift as needed
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks and reviewing reports
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees and leaders with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
