As a Kent Kwik Team Member, you’re the friendly face and first point of contact for our Guests. The Team Lead is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests! The Team Lead is responsible for the various tasks involved in the overall store operation including but not limited to controlling expenses, cash, and inventory shortages. Other responsibilities include maximizing inventory sales, profits and meeting and exceeding sales profit goals.

What You’ll do as a Kent Kwik Team Lead:
- Communicates and aligns with the Field Coachto ensure corporate objectives and tasks are aligned with C-Store operations and activities.
- Aligns with other departments to provide appropriate communications and support as needed
- Communicates, as directed by the Field Coach, to the store staff the department goals and objectives.
- Manage and supportthe store Team Members.
- Communicates Direction as needed for tasks and activities.
- Track and managesstore Team Members performance and provides coaching and feedback periodically.
- Provides individual contributions to support the store and Team Membersas needed.
- Performs the following tasks and activities to support the Guest’s and store Team Members:
- o Goal oriented and outgoing personality.
- o Ability to read, write and count accurately to complete all documentation.
- o Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
- o Cash handling experience.
- o Provides Guestengagement in positive and approachable manner.
- o Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for Guests during their shopping experience.
- o Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- o Helps in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise from stockroom to sales floor.
- o Independently stocks and recovers merchandise in the store.
- o Accurately handles Guestfunds and processes transactions using the POS system.
- o Remains constantly aware of Guestactivity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
