Job description
- Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Plays a significant role in short- and long-term planning, including new initiatives for operations
- Experience in overseeing a team of 20+ employees
- 3PL environment experience is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and Requirements and promote and manage a safe workplace by providing training and creating awareness
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
