We're looking for a Team Coordinator to join our Jackson, MS team! Our Team Coordinator will act as an office manager and liaison between our GRS Team and our Customers.

• $42k-$46k annual salary depending on experience

The Position: We're looking for a dependable and organized Team Coordinator. This position aligns with an Office Manager role.

• Coordinate office schedules, make adjustments, and notify customers of your team's schedule
• Provide quick and accurate responses to vendors and customers
• Perform collections and assist our accounting department
• Work with other office staff to complete projects, paperwork, and keep the project process timely
• Track projects and submit reports of schedules, appointments, etc.
• Handle office duties such as answering phones, preparing purchase orders, work orders, and other reports
• Regularly communicate with project managers and estimators about ongoing projects
