To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team on a 6 month contract, all while being a leading example of our company culture.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all aspects involved in full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing strategy, phone interview process, presentation and selection, offer negotiation, closing, and administrative components;
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal business partners to create partnerships that yield successful results and build credibility;
- Work in conjunction with the HR team members to execute a successful recruitment and selection process ensuring high quality of hire and successful onboarding experience;
- Track and report key recruitment metrics.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Human Relations or equivalent;
- 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required;
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment;
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure;
- Must be able to collaborate, influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
