Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Position Summary
This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring talent attraction and sourcing programs consistent with the organization's needs. Is the main point of contact for all vendor relations matters working with vendors and holding them accountable to timelines and deliverables. Manages the social media employment brand, consistently looking for ways to increase brand awareness and track ROI through social interactions according to predetermined metrics.

Position Duties
Develops and implements talent acquisition strategies (internal & external) to achieve the appropriate sourcing, evaluation, and selection of the most qualified and diverse talent. Collaborates with talent acquisition and hiring manager stakeholders and departments to develop practical solutions to maximize recruiting efforts and drive successful hiring outcomes.
Advance the implementation of talent pipeline strategies that ensure future talent needs are met and a continuous flow of candidates is established via relational recruitment tactics and proactive recruiting sourcing.
Actively facilitates the employment of social media presence in close partnership with Marketing and Communications Teams working to exploit our presence and increase our followers. Actively participates in social networking (Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, etc.) and serves as subject matter expert to most effectively source and measure social networking channels.
Works in all sourcing and talent marketing areas, including marketing strategies for the following: career fairs, open house career events, radio professionals, and sponsorships. Working closely with leadership and the talent acquisition team to ensure successful talent community outreach.
Provides external recruitment support and develops weekly reports to measure effectiveness and efficiencies. Develop and manage key performance indicators to measure program results and demonstrate program effectiveness and outcomes.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
