The roles this position will recruit include Therapists, Social Workers, Psychiatrists, Mental Health Professionals, Nurses, Mental Health Technicians/Recovery Coaches, and supporting shared services. Experience in successful recruitment for those positions is critical.
This position is remote with the ability to support multiple time zones in the US and travel to sites as needed.
- Initiate conversations with Hiring Managers to assure we are sourcing the right candidates for open positions
- Conduct candidate screenings by phone or in-person
- Use all available resources to source candidates
- Manage and update applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Conduct employment verifications and reference checks
- Coordinate and attend recruiting events such as Career Fairs
- Maintain Position Control and Recruitment report for staffing
- College degree in Human Resources, business or closely related field or equivalent combination of work experience and education
- At least two (2) years’ experience in full-cycle healthcare/behavioral health recruitment required
- Previous experience in recruiting for a behavioral/mental health setting strongly desired
- Intimate knowledge of duties of healthcare professionals and allied healthcare
