POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring process for our company. You will work closely with the HR Director and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent. Additionally, you will manage a team of recruiters and provide guidance and training to ensure they are meeting company hiring goals.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent across all departments.
  • Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions for open positions.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates to assess qualifications and fit for the position.
  • Manage a team of recruiters and provide guidance and training to ensure they are meeting company hiring goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other recruiting sources to identify potential candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating job offers.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruiting process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in career fairs, conferences, and other recruiting events to promote the company and attract top talent.
  • Work with the HR Director to develop and maintain an effective onboarding process for new hires.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position may require traveling between locations in your personal vehicle.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

This position supervises the Recruiting Specialist positions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
