nice Enterprise is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to help grow our team of Automotive Professionals!. Your primary responsibility will be to source candidates and immerse them in our "nice” culture of over 350 Employees! You will assist hiring managers in articulating what is needed in a role from the basic job responsibilities to those that differentiate a stellar performer.

The day-to-day duties are as you might expect: review resumes, outreach to candidates, coordinate interviews, review candidate data, work with the HR Team, disposition candidate, track down passive candidates, negotiate hiring terms, deliver offer letters - feel amazing when you find that ideal “nice” person and we welcome them into our family of stores.

What’s my Job?

• Find candidates. Lots of them. You are persistent, creative, and eager to find them.
• Responsible for the development and preparation of Job Requisition packets including job descriptions, job postings, salary survey information, job profile, and other relevant materials.
• Maintain open job listings, requirements, reports, and manage the Applicant Tracking System and social media sites.
• Screen applicants, schedule interviews; oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Collaborate with our team during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other details.
• Assist in set up and may attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
• Participate in offer, onboarding, and new hire orientation process.
• You are a “nice” brand ambassador. You’ll represent our foundational history, current successes and the future of who we will be through the people we attract and retain.

How am I Doing?

• You will be motivated by Senior Management. We will discuss the current staffing levels by department and the current bench strength within the entire Sioux Falls Enterprise. It’s you and the decision makers that will guide the talent pool in the organization
